To all those silly people who think running a restaurant is fun - it is WORK! I've spent the day at SoCha prepping for tonight's first Market Supper. I ran home to change clothes and take a little break, then I'm back at the restaurant for the night. I'll post pictures and some recipes from the dinner as soon as I catch my breath. Wish us luck!!! - Oh, and it has been fun too!!
