Holiday Dinner - Main Courses




We didn't take pictures of the palate cleansers but I have to say they really made the meal. If you haven't ever tried one before I really recommend one. We had 2. Th one after the pasta and before the duck was the Lemon Granita and then after the duck and before the beef wellington I made ginger kisses. Just take a small piece of pineapple and skewer it with a mint leaf and a piece of pickled ginger. It awakens the palate!
