Camp-side breakfast in one pan

Breakfast this past weekend in Big Basin was my Breakfast Hash (see earlier breakfast post for recipe - just click the labels on the left) and I used Prather's Pork and Bacon sausage as the meat. When the hash was cooked I cracked the eggs in the pan to cook them. I ended up having to turn them a little as I forgot the lid for the pan and it was too chilly for them to cook on top. Even though it ended up being messy, it was great!
