I had leftover pound cake from last week, so instead of throwing it away I decided to Trifle it! I just made it up as I went; basically cut up the pound cake and put some in the bottom of a martini glass. Next I tossed some cut up strawberries with a little sugar, some orange juice and some cointreau. Once they set for awhile I put them on top of the cake with the juices and a couple raspberries. For the final layer, I whipped cream softly with a little vanilla. Topped with a couple toasted almonds and blueberries - easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
