This leftover polenta with a fried egg on top wasn't bad the next day either!
This is one of my favorite easy appetizers. Grilled polenta with various toppings. Tonights version was two-fold. As you know I've had some roasted tomatoes sitting in my fridge, so the ones on the left have a little bit of mozzarella and a half of tomato. The others are sauteed peppers with a small handful of capers thrown in and gorgonzola of course.
