Seriously - could these look any more delicious? Easiest thing in the world to make - the only trick is getting good scallops. I'm super picky about fish - cannot be the least bit fishy. I got these from the fish people outside at the farmer's market, I think it's Shogun... Anyway, wrapped in Prather's pepper bacon and secured with a toothpick. Drizzled with a little olive oil and grilled for just a few min on a hot grill. Tender, smoky, meaty - yum.
