I had some leftover Ice Box Roll dough so I decided to see if I could make some focaccia out of it and voila! I added a little more self-rising flour to the dough as mine was pretty wet then oiled a small pan and pressed the dough out giving it little dimples. Next I sprinkled with more olive oil and some coarse sea salt and baked at 425 degrees for about 10-15 min. or until browned. Very nice indeed.
