Pasta with Bean Sauce

Kind of a reconstructed Pasta e Fagioli. I happened to have some extra cooked plain cranberry beans so instead of a soup I used them to make a pasta sauce. I slightly pureed the beans and added some olive oil to make it saucier. Then I saved some of the pasta water and added a little of that too. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce then top with more olive oil and parmesan. Perfect for a vegetarian. But next time I'm going to saute some pancetta and add that to the top!
