Thanks for the pretty pasta Kathy!
A friend of mine brought back this beautiful rainbow bow-tie pasta from Italy. Of course I've been saving it and now that I'm moving I'm eating pasta all month long (pasta and beans are stockpiled here!) I did it with a quick Alfredo sauce and then sauteed some mushrooms for the toast. Don't tell me you don't have something in the fridge to cook for dinner. I may be packing but I'm keeping out one large pot and a strainer!
