Last wednesday was our last day at RioVino - or as I like to call it "River Wine". Cute little place on the Russian River - and an amazingly sunny day - or is that "God trying to tell me something..." Our new neighbors Bob and Patricia knew that we were "camping out" at our other neighbor Malin's guest house while waiting for our house be finished so she made us this wonderful dinner care package. It was so amazing to have a home cooked meal - and Patricia is no slouch in the kitchen - this is Chicken Cacciatore with noodles and a salad. I happened to have bought a crusty loaf of freshly baked sour dough that day so we had something to soak up all that lovely sauce. We were very touched that they thought of us - I'm sure I'll be returning the favor sometime - as soon as I get a kitchen countertop!
