Lime Ice Cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice (about 6 limes)
2 cups cream
2 cups whole milk
zest of 1 lime
Mix all together and put in ice cream maker until thick and frozen. Remove to another bowl and let cure in the freezer about an hour. Eat within a few days as homemade ice cream hardens quickly.
Cannot wait to try making the lime ice cream. But to make without an ice cream maker is done how?
