I'm on a shrimp kick!

It's been on special at my local market - so you don't pass that up! Easy!

Shrimp Scampi Pasta served 2

couple tablespoons olive oil
1/3 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
couple cloves garlic minced
sprinkling red pepper flakes
1/4 cup white wine
s&p
couple tablespoons butter
fresh angel hair pasta
fresh parsley chopped
lemon

In a large saute pan heat the olive oil and toss in the shrimp and cook for a couple min until pink. Remove to a bowl. Add garlic, red pepper and wine and cook down over high heat for a couple min. Add butter and then stir in shrimp and remove from heat - toss all with cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice and s&p to taste.
