Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon -sounds like love!



I'll say it again - Pork Tenderloin coated in Mustard wrapped in Bacon- now that is true love! I used whole grain mustard about 1/4 cup for this one tenderloin and then wrapped in bacon and tied with kitchen twine. We grilled it and served with polenta topped with sauteed peppers and onions and a few grilled baby zukes. Of course the second best part is the leftover polenta with eggs the next day.
