I just had to show both these pictures because it cracks me up how much my husband LOVES ketchup - especially my homemade! My plate is the one with a tiny bit. He's now on rationing as I only have one small bottle left until tomato season since I didn't make any this year! This smoked salmon hash is so delicious - just make sure you get dryer salmon, not the lox variety.
