Since Sarah's favorite food is pasta - I had my best helper on hand for our final nights dinner with our friends from Maui. And YES - it is worth it. So fresh and toothsome - We loved it! We did 2 sauces that night and it was wonderful. The good news is that my eggs were so big I had to keep adding more flour so I had a ton leftover. I let it dry out on the counter for about and hour and then froze in a large tupperware.
My tomato sauce was just a simple tomato crush with some olive oil and garlic, fresh mozzarella and basil. The creamy cheesy broccoli sauce was great too! Nice team : )
