BBQ - ton of meat!

This is such a great idea - 3 different kinds of meats roasted together then browned up on the BBQ - Rich is basting with a big stick of rosemary - Love that! We did this last month when our friends from Maui were out visiting - it was a warm day and we sat out in the back. This time I did it with a lamb shoulder - didn't work. Stick with leg. I'm thinking some brisket next time...
