Cookie Cooking Class

A couple Saturdays ago I took a cookie cooking class at Santa Rosa Junior College - it was totally fun - great teacher and brand new facility. We made about 16 different varieties of cookies and I took home 12. Our little friend came over for dinner and tried 11 of the 12! We all had little bites of some, but couldn't quite make it to all of them. The next day she saw me and said - "ok, I'm ready for the coconut macaroon now!" What a memory! Or at least maybe the cookies were hard to forget! Look for some in this holiday's boxes...
