Pumpkin Walnut Praline Bars for thanksgiving this last year. (I did reduce the sugar in the batter of course) I like to do something that is bite sized - this was easy to cut into little squares and then nobody has to try to stuff down a whole piece of pie. AND this was like a pumpkin pie and nut pie in one! This is what I made my fresh pumpkin puree for - and it was worth it - thank goodness Rich didn't eat it all! I would absolutely make this again - in the fall of course.
