sandwich
I forgot I had a picture of this wonderful sandwich I made for Richard's bday on the Plaza. Roasted Beets, horseradish, chèvre and arugula on ciabatta with a bit the insides pulled out drizzled with some vinegar and olive oil, s&p- perfect for the vegetarians (and most other people). Also did a roasted chicken caesar sandwich. With bacon of course!
