Salmon ala Nicoise

I love a good bit of salmon. This is my cedar planked salmon served at room temperature along with some fresh steamed green beans with potatoes and chopped tomatoes and some flageolet beans cooked in a little chicken broth. Really simple and delicious. I drizzled it all with a mustard vinaigrette. I have to admit I was craving a big hunk of rare tuna but it was sooo expensive at the market and the salmon was fresh... you have to be open to what's available!
