I started testing different recipe ideas for the Sunday Market Supper this weekend - and this dessert a Polenta Cake - was not up to par! Needless to say, I won't be posting that recipe! The preserved clementines were delicious - but the cake was dry. I'm going to have to try, try again this weekend. On the good side the Lamb Shank and Beans were amazing!!
