Lasagna Bolognese - Don't even think about it

I have spent 2 hours today making the pasta sheets. On tuesday, I spent 1 hour making the sauce that then had to cook for 3 hours. My entire kitchen is a mess. All I have to say at this point is: This better be the best fucking lasagna I have ever tasted. I'm so sick of this recipe right now that I can't even consider writing out the recipe here. I'll let you know tomorrow if it was worth all the trouble.

  1. Funny thing.... I am making the same exact dinner (weird you say?) and I was wondering the same exact thing!!!! Although my pasta is from the store, so possibly a smidge easier, but not tastier!!! Just saw your post and had to comment!!! Love L
