Ok, wow - the lasagna was amazing! But I'm still not up for posting how long and difficult the recipe was... if anybody really wants to know - let me know and I'll do it! The fresh pasta really made a difference. I admit that a few years ago I started buying fresh pasta from the farmer's market and using that, but this was so thin (I rolled it to the thinest setting on my Atlas) and then did 7 - yes 7! layers of the pasta and the sauce was a bechamel and a bolognese mixed together and lightly layered with sprinklings of parmesan. What a real Italian Lasagna should be. Rich said you couldn't even tell there was pasta in it, it just melted in your mouth...
