This saguaro is about to go crazy with blooms! The desert is really beautiful, the only downside is the heat. It reached 100 degrees while I was there. I know I lived with that kind of weather for the first 18 years of my life but I'll take my foggy, rainy days over the burning of my skin from the metal on the car seat belt.
This was the farmer's market on saturday in Phx. at
Vincent's - it was small but nice, only one stand with veggies and fruit, the rest was prepared food to eat there or take home. The crazy thing is that was the last weekend it was open - right when my market is about to go crazy, theirs has to close due to the heat! Reopens in October.
