Burgers - It's not just all about the meat

Ok, that's not true, you have to start with really good ground beef (Prather of course - each package is from only one cow!) and then you just build from there. Over the weekend I was craving a burger, so I made these sauteed mushroom, pepper bacon, swiss cheese burgers. I didn't do much to the beef, just some s&p and grilled until medium rare. With potato chips and my bread and butter pickles - really can't get any better! Everybody can add their extra toppings: sweet red onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard or even my homemade ketchup.
Don't forget the fresh baked buns - Acme!
