Back when I was a kid my mom used to buy a whole pineapple and then cut the core into spears. It was such a refreshing addition to a cold iced tea on a warm day. Of course it was sun tea. In case you aren't from the south, that's when you get a big jar add cold water and a bunch of tea bags, cover and let it sit (brew) in the sun for a few hours. Solar power at it's best!

Looove sun tea! And here it's hot enough that it takes less than 30 minutes to brew. :)
