No real recipe. Chop some cucumbers, chop some tomatoes (I love the early girls right now) top with a big hunk of feta. Sprinkle over some kalamata olives, drizzle with good olive oil s&p. I know it's not really that traditional, but I like a little balsamic, just a drop. Rich likes his with sliced red onions, but I didn't have any today. Refreshing summer salad - wish I was on Santorini right now...
