This is soooo easy! Chocolate Pear Pudding Cake by Nigella - I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup and used my own pears that I had canned last fall. I also added some sliced almonds on top before baking - just cause I love nuts and chocolate too. For the chocolate sauce I used the syrup from the pears, boiled it to reduce and then added some bittersweet chocolate to melt. Served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with the pear chocolate sauce - ummmm good!
