A new way to cook in a new climate

As it heats up in my new town, I'm having to change the way I cook. I remember last year in the summer making a pot roast in SF. I can't even imagine eating, much less cooking a pot roast in this heat! So - I'm on salads and this is one of my favorite and most refreshing. Smoked Salmon Potato Salad with a few blanched green beans added. Don't blow off the horseradish sauce - it makes the dish!
