I did the Ultimate Chicken Caesar Salad the other day; and yes that is ciabatta bread torn into pieces soaking up the chicken fat - now that's what I call a crouton! This time I did it with only 2 bone in breasts, but I have to say it needs the legs too as breast meat alone did not give off enough juices for the croutons. Don't get me wrong, it was still amazing, but next time I'll use all the parts.
