cocktails
I adore a wine cooler. Not the Bartles and James kind - although I will admit to drinking quite a few of them in the 80's - my tastes have definitely changed since then. This was so refreshing - a splash of wine, few cubes of ice, some mint leaves, a skwirt of lemon or lime and a couple raspberries topped off with a dash of club soda - you can drink them for hours!! Ahhh - best thing on a hot summer day.
A Wine Cooler? Yes!
