Shrimp Gumbo - with Okra?!

I know, I know - I don't usually put okra in my soup - I do have a fear of slime. But, I had some really fresh small pods so I decided to give it a chance. It was really good - not at all slimy - I think next time I'll even add more! Gumbo - the only difference is that I chopped up some okra and sautéed it along with the peppers and onions and that was it. Otherwise for this version the only meats I used were some andouille sausage and then shrimp added at the last min. Don't fear the slime!
