Love stuff from the freezer!

I made some Chiles Rellenos a little bit ago - and since they are so difficult to make I made a couple extra and froze them. Normally I fry them but instead tried this without the batter, just baked them and then topped with a walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds - both totally in season right now! I'm not sure what else you can use this sauce for - anybody? But, it was delicious. I also pulled out some beans that I thought were cowboy beans but turned out to be baked beans - I guess some labeling would be a good thing - but it all still tasted great with some lovely fresh avocado - hello freezer!

Walnut Sauce

1 cup fresh walnuts
1 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash sugar

Blend all in a blender until smooth. Serve with pomegranate seeds on top of something.
