Outlaw Soup! Here it is with the sour cream added. This time I used pork scallopini and parsnips instead of the beef and turnip - still perfection. The best part about it is that since everything is diced up small each bite is filled with different tastes and textures and even though that's the most difficult part about making this - hand dicing all the stuff - it's worth it! AND the second day it's even better!! Bring on the cold weather - I have soups to make! Exclamation mark!
