I love having a package of Prather's ground lamb in my freezer - and it was a good thing tonight. Instead of my usual pita bread - I found these little olive rolls - Yummy! Crammed full with roasted tomatoes, feta and some hummus on the bottom - really doesn't get much better! Like a fancy little burger.
