They are Yellow Eyes! From Ranch Gordo - These make the ultimate US Senate Bean Soup - and I added some chopped kale during the last 30 min of cooking - the broth with that smokey ham hock was to die for! Ring in the New Year with either black eyes or yellow - and good luck will follow! Happy, Happy!
