Cooking in Sonoma for the weekend...

Our friends John and Heidi live in a lovely house that backs up to a vineyard in Sonoma and offered to let us use it this past weekend as they were visiting family in SoCal. It was a perfect weekend as we went on a couple great hikes and I cooked a couple of delicious meals. First was friday night - I kept it simple and grilled a Prather Ranch Ribeye  and some zucchini and red onion tossed with chopped garlic and olive oil. This I served with a "Blood and Guts" twice baked potato  (Nigella recipe you add chopped mozzarella and ketchup to the baked potato) and cherry tomatoes picked off of John's plants with a green goddess dressing (Ina Garten - food network) Perfect meal!
