Ok - so I'm just going to share the picture and how great this meal was - If you really want to make it you can email me for instructions or come to my house and I'll make it with you as it's so complicated and involved to make Chili Rellenos I can't deal with posting all the in's & out's of it. Suffice it to say it's time consuming but worth the end product. The meal itself is an amalgamation of a few recipes from Diana Kennedy's cookbook.
