There is a reason why they call it comfort food

Today I spoke to a dear friend who was a little down in the dumps, so I ran home and made her some Banana Pudding - which just so happens to be one of her favorites. I knew I bought those bananas yesterday for a reason. Make it to comfort yourself or someone you love. Who wouldn't be cheered up by this! The smell alone of the warm vanilla pudding poured over the sliced bananas and crispy cookies... ummmm I think I've just been transported to 2nd grade... Maybe this will end up being my first video since I want people to see how easy it is to make WITHOUT a mix- although I'm glad you weren't watching today as I turned away from it for a few min and almost had a burned milk mess on my hands... oh, the censors are going to have to bleep me...
