Change up!

I've made this Lamb Kabob quite a few times - but each time I change up the toppings. We just started getting a few cukes and some tomatoes at the market, so along with some plain yogurt, feta and mint it was reinvented! Use whatever you have on hand; I was thinking some chopped olives, maybe some roasted tomatoes... and of course a few sweet potato fries...
