I picked a bunch of these from Malin's house next door and it's like having a bowl of candy on the counter - they are so sweet! I didn't cut them in half, so they were tricky to get on a fork, but when they didn't roll off it you got this amazing burst of fresh tomato flavor in your mouth. Just tossed cooked pasta with some pesto and then the cherry tomatoes and some extra parmesan. God I love this time of year - have to eat as many tomatoes as possible since soon they will be gone and I'll only have my taste memories. Until next summer...
