Just to make you jealous

I've made chili rellenos 3 times in my life - not because I don't love them but because they are so much WORK! So, I'm only showing you how beautiful they looked, not writing the bazillion hour recipe for them - sorry. That's really the point of my blog - simple quick recipes - so if it takes me forever to write it up - it's just not going to make it here. Which is not to say that I won't spend that many hours cooking something - just not typing it!
