We so loved these!! Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps - don't blow off the tomato relish part - it makes the dish. Served with my carrot green bean salad and some smashed potatoes - stellar little meal. I think these lettuce wraps would make great appetizers for a party - let everyone make their own - kind of like a taco night!
