Joe's Wine Country Brownies

I had to share this brilliant (and delicious) idea from my tennis coach Joe. Every Thursday after our group lesson Joe hosts a "press conference" where we all bring food and wine or beer to share - I know how Healdsburg! One night Joe brought his "special" brownies - and NO not what you are thinking! He takes a brownie mix and replaces the water with red WINE! He said he adds a bit more and cooks them a little longer - and they are chewy and fabulous. Brilliant.
